Before embarking on developing the actual software, we spent lot of time designing and redesigning the system. This ensures there are no or minimal rework during the development process. At this stage we also use BPR (Business Process Reengineering) if certain business processes needs change.

Testing is an integral part of the process. It starts with testing the design by way of creating small prototypes before the actual development. Once we have finished the initial development of our client’s product, we begin performing meticulous bug checks.

We follow best practices to develop the software. Based on the user requirements we may decide to use already available components in the market, instead to reinventing the wheel. This ensures software’s quality, performance and speed of delivery.
